  • The name of the item(s) you wish to return

We will guide you through the return process and provide the correct return address based on your location.

Important notes:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns to avoid lost packages.
  • Returned items will be inspected upon arrival, and only items that meet our return criteria will be eligible for a refund.

2. Refunds — Fast and Fair

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit may take a few additional days to appear in your account.

Please note that we do not issue refunds for:

  • Items returned in a used, damaged, or incomplete condition (unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect)
  • Personalized, customized, or made-to-order items
  • Digital products once downloaded or accessed

3. Exchanges — Replacements for Faulty Items

We only offer exchanges if the item you received is faulty, defective, or damaged. If that is the case, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos or videos to confirm the issue.

Once approved, we will arrange for a free replacement or provide you with return instructions if needed. In certain cases, we may allow you to keep the original product and still receive a replacement.
